Thursday Weighers

+3lbs, not surprised with this result after the week I put i I just need to put it behind me and move on now.

Congrats to all on your weight loss this week.

Sorry if this is too much info but need to know if its just my body or if others are feeling the same.
does anyone else here find you are not going for a number 2 as often as what you were before they started SW but is full of gas .

I have exactly the same... On week 4 of SW hoping it will ease in time once my body gets used to it - I read somewhere its something to do with the fact its a low fat diet essentially, hope that helps! x
 
1.5lb down.. am really happy since had only lost 0.5 the last 3 weeks combined! 3lb to original target, 10lb to my 'in-my-head- target!
 
Star Week Help

Hi Everyone,

I just thought I would post here as I too weigh on a Thursday at group, and last night I gained 1lb! The advisor said to me it must be Syns but honestly, I have followed the plan this week, I only lost 1/2 Pound the week before and so I tried harder this week drinking more fluids, eating more speed foods etc, but a GAIN?! Really!

Anyway, It came to me today that I am approaching * Week... Its imminent, so how do you guys find when its close to * or it is * week?

Its just interesting to see how other people are affected by it. I'm going to try hard this week too and tweak a few things just in case I have been doing something wrong (Like I am going to try and have more homemade SW Soups).

Help! :confused: I felt so annoyed last night and I was so close to quitting and being face down in a pile of chocolate lol!

I've been visiting my sister this week and showing her all the SW tricks and recipes as she is interested in doing it, by going back to basics I've shed 3lbs this week, got my 3 st bling plus picked up SOTW and SOTM. I walked out of group thinking that this is how a rock stars feel :cool:

And thank you for giving me a chance this week Ohhowiwish! You've kicked my butt the last 2 weeks, i guess you were feeling a bit sorry for me :)

LOL that is FANTASTIC Toria WELL DONE YOU, I bow to your supremecy this week, I guess this really does prove that if you follow the plan properly and shake things up a bit with trying new stuff, it really does work.......just a matter of sticking to it xx

Hey Sapph

What did your consultant say here? I don't usually get majorly affected by * week, but my body goes haywire and I could really see it affecting me last month, when I was a no mover! Did you find before SW that you would have gotten bloated/other digestive issues during * week?

Other than that, it could be down to not eating enough? Or finding that even though it's on plan, certain foods just don't suit you! My OH is always so exasperated with me when I get upset over SW, reminding me that it's not tailor made, or a scientific fact! I stopped eating bananas, grapes and oranges and I am slowly but surely getting out of my slump!

I sometimes find that I retain water a bit more around * week; when this does happen, there doesn't seem to be much I can do, but I usually find that I have a bigger than normal loss the following week.

Julie's right - there are some foods that just don't agree with people. I've upped my S foods quite a bit recently, but not seen that much of a loss (well, none at all actually); I think this is because of having the extra B choice on SP. I've stopped having cereal bars, so I'm hoping to see a better result on the scales this week.
 
help guys im on a complete downer this week. its my TOM too so i jus wanna sleep and eat crap but with work and a child and taking part in a toddler group in which im the chair person of and we are movin location has really taken its toll on me. i jus wanna go to bed. however ive stayed on plan and not went over my syns but made chocolate brownies which hit the chocolate urge but made two batches and am now concerned at the amount of sweetneer that ive consumed in a week. ( but compared to the past id like to think ive done really well with my chocolate urge)

Sounds like you have done well, I have my TOM as well although also had it two weeks ago as well ?!? My confession is eating pasta with chilli at 9.30 this morning (after a breakfast of porridge) to stop me going completely off track today. Hope tomorrow is better for you x
 
thanks jojojojo feel much better today went to the gym even do it was the last place i wanted to be and feel to much better for it. went food shopping then and got food in for the week so goin to see about batch cooking and maybe then i wont feel as if im constantly in the kitchen
