thursday WI crew!

Kinda looking forward to it...... Had a decent week but still nervous!!!! Praying for a loss and hopefully more than 1/2lb this week! Positive thoughts peeps :) Xxxxx

Another 1.5 lbs for me - 6.5 lbs in 3 weeks - not bad at all!
 
Iv been going ww a while now, came across all this the other week!
Thought id had a rubbish week no real tracking, no gym as been exhausted BUT 1.5lb off tonight! Wahoo!!
 
3.5 for me and it's my first week on ww. Delighted! Really motivated to lose the 2.5stone target.

Well done to everyone on their losses!

How's everyone's week going? Have a question... I am doing training four times a week for a 5k fun run I'm doing on the 18th but I have shin splints and it seems to just be getting worse I used to get it years ago too when I was active! Has anyone else experienced this and has any magical cure? Would be much appreciated :)

Had a munchies week this week but just about hanging on till weigh in day!!!!

As for shin splints...... Unfortunately rest is the only cure I found works :-( hope you find something quicker to get shut...... Bloody kills!!!! Xxxx
