BF - Melon, 28g Fruit n' Fibre (H/E b) with Strawberries
Lunch - Vegetable or Thai butternutsquash soup if vegetable will add some pasta and sprinkle a little parmesan on top if thai will have a small piece of w/m roll (H/E b)
Dinner - Veggie sausage hotpot with roasted sweet potato

H/E (a) 250ml ss
Syns - Parmesan cheese
Water - going for 4 glasses

I have realised that I must plan ahead.
Had a look at your menus and they look divine.
As a vege I adapt recipes to suit my green plan.
Eldest son is having the sausage hotpot tonight but he will have meat sausages.

yea i have to plan ahead too, i worked out my 7 day plan n pretty much stuck to it 100%, it takes away me thinking what i can have and choosing something bad instead

E: none today in pain after powerplates LOL

Change of plan for dinner tonight - son just informed me he will be out so not making Vege Sausage hot pot going to make myself Moroccean Butter beans in a spicy sauce and serve with Cous cous.

Well planned 2 things for dinner tonight and not having either.:rolleyes:
Was going to make Moroccan butter beans then found out I had no natural yoghurt and as it is a spicy dish I felt I needed the yoghurt.
So plan C I took a load of veggies added a tin of chick pea dahl and cooked some rice.:rolleyes: Nearly ready and then I am going to sit and watch some TV.:p
