Snack
Fat free greek yogurt
half Tsp honey 1syn
Strawberries
Dinner
Diet coke chicken
Carrots
peppers
Boiled rice
Tofu Chocolate mouse 1 syn
Chopped fruit.
HEA milk for coffee
LOTS OF WATER!!!!!
Am I doing ok as I am new to this site and using it for help till I get my books x
