My name is Sarah I'm 24 years old nearly 25 and I'm hoping to starting lighter life this week. I have tried lighterlife previously about 3 years lost then couldn't manage but this time me My wonderful fiancé are joining together.

I'd really just appreciate a little advice or anything!!!

Good luck to you and your fiancé, Sarah! LL is a brilliant programme and being able to support each other will really help. One thing to note is that while women lose weight fast on LL, men lose weight INCREDIBLY fast. Try not to compare too much and don't be discouraged by it - it's just biology unfortunately!
