time for me to put me first

How can I become slim fit and healthy if I always put everyone else first and me last?
From tomorrow, I will make time for me.
I will keep a log of all the things I do for myself!
Watch this space, changing tactics, no more poor fat me. hello to a new posative person.
I think it's what I've been doing wrong for too long, no time for myself it's like the housework, kids, husband, washing and going to work have sucked the life out of me! I need to get a zest for life!!!!

Thanks for replys, and yes it's a mental thing as well as an eating thing.
So last night fake tan on, woke up brown:)
Then showered and used Q10 body moituriser all over.., so, now have lovely brown soft skin!:)
Simple only took minutes but something I rarely do... That's 2 things on my list I didn't do but will do everyday, ( not fake tan everyday) but will keep it topped up.
I want 50 changes cos I've got about 50 days to change. So...
Change my diet.
Body lotion every day am and pm
Drink more water
Top up tan
Do 30 day shred
Next on my list is body brushing...
Any ideas anyone, ??? I want to look fab by summer!
