Good job mmmmm I love the taste of Slimfast Vanilla shakes - I've never done Slimfast but I've had the shakes when I've had stuff done on my teeth and I can't eat - scrumorama!
 
Well done! I've only had 1010 kcals today and I'm not even hungry!

Snack: apple
Breakfast: Cheerios with skimmed milk
Lunch: ww tomato and basil soup, salt and vinegar snack a jacks
Snack: 100g strawberries
Dinner: Homemade pizza - salsa, low fat mozzarella and ham on wholemeal tortilla with salad an low fat pizza express dressing
Dessert: ww ice cream stick with aero biscuit
2 cups of tea
 
Wow u got a good deal for your Cals today! Even squeezed in a pudding! I can't grumble though I did have some cheeky cheese n onion crisps!

Just had 2 scan bran crackers with an extra light lauhing cow, mmmm tasty and delicious! For sawdust anyway.....

It really was lovely n sweet, plus I felt full for ages, although I do think it'd pretty high cal for what it is xx
 
I'm on 1300 Cals for the day BUT I won £250 wohoooooooooo went bk to the casino tonight and won(explained in previous post) Very excited and wanted to scream about it! 999 Cals of food and some unexpected wine took me to Around 1350 but I'm still pleased with that, hope everyone's had a super day xx

Lunch - chicken fajita wrap (pub food) with a few chips
Dinner - ww tomato soup 76cals, 2scan bran and cottage cheese - 104 Cals

Snacks (drink infused naughties) - 500ml Rose wine ooops!
Had a brill night, never had any luck so I'm forgiving of the Rose!

Wish I'd had a lay in today! No luck unless it's the weekend! Lol. Good job on the kcals. I'm finished on 1251 today. Slightly over but not too bad. Also done day 8 of 30 day shred.

Tried on a pair of jeans that I could barely do up a couple of weeks ago and they do up (just...if I breathe in) so my goal is for them to fit this time next week!

That's brill, I get a massive adrenaline rush when I fit into smaller clothes, get all shaky and excitable! Well done also on the shred, I made a depressing attempt at it a while ago and it hasn't made it out the box since!

It's rare I get a lay in either, once one lady is awake she'll not stop until she's woke her sister up! Then it turns into a party on mum n dads bed, even the dog decides to come up!

I'm going to try doing an up day down day of cal counting for a while, just as a bit of variation to shake things up a bit, will keep
My diary here if no one minds, although I'm pants at remembering to write in it!

Yesterday ended on 1300 Cals so was pleased with that, and this morning I weighed 11st 9 lbs.

Planning on having smoked basa fillets for tea with veg, or maybe a steak or subway, will see how the day pans out

low cal day today!
gonna have lots of fish and salad for tea, and maybe some porridge at some point this afternoon....
one tiny hurdle almost got in the way, my boyfriend bless him, rang to say, save some calories for tonight as hes ordered me a lemon meringue krispy kreme donut! yum yum!

gonna save it for tomorrow though, thats the best thing about this diet! plus as lovely as it sounds its not something that is right up there that i really enjoy, im a savoury person, so if someone offered me a greggs sausage roll it might be harder to resist!

im feeling a bit hungry today but not too bothered at the moment, if id of had some fruit in or some celery i might of nibbled a bit but not sure if that might of triggered a full blown munching craving!
 
Aw well done Hun that's fab, I'm 6lb down from 3 weeks ago when the slming world lady told me I'd gained a lb and half so boycotted it lol!

I feel amazing after my down day yesterday, did about 520 Cals, was hungry in bed but so proud of myself for sticking to it.

Up day today, so pretty much an average cal counting day, that involved a lemon meringue krispy Kreme donut for breakfast! But I did abstain from it yesterday, and it was lovely!

So 350 Cals so far and it's not far off lunchtime so not too bad at all.

Meeting some friends later at a nice food place so gonna eat what I fancy, still gonna count Cals on up days even tho it advises not, just because I like to feel in control.

I do feel light and slim and forgot how much I love this feeling! 11st 8lb my scales showed this morning, so will record again probably on Friday or Sunday after a Down day.

Thanks hun. I cant stick to up and down days....end up having too many up days! Lol. The loss has definitely motivated me to keep it up though so the weekend should be easy! Had a splurge yesterday...1700 kcals thanks to a popcorn filled cinema trip. But it was yummy! Have a great time tonight x
 
Bless u, glad u enjoyed the popcorn though, and 1700 could of been a lot worse, still under maintenance Cals so u did brill. I'm sure you'll have a good loss nxt weigh In too.

I had a good night, chose cheese and spinach, smoked haddock florentine and new pots but had some filthy cheesecake, still around 2000 Cals though after a subway lunch.


Down day tomorrow, looking forward to the high of feeling empty on Monday morning, might even treat myself to a bacon sandwich from the butchers yummy!!

Hey you are doing so well on this down and up calorie days, good for you but I am oh so jealous of your krispy Kreme .... yummy scrummy!
 
Hey samalama :) thank you for dropping by, i am so enjoying it too, i have this kind of a 'high' from it, i think its the control, the only other time i've experienced it, was when doing Cambridge, BUT with this, i get to have a day off. (oh AND eat real food)

However still in honeymoon period so just going to take each day as it comes :)

Day 3 - down day
i had - 2 chicken nuggets from the warm bit of morrisons, couldnt help myself and it was the first bite of food at 3pm.
Sunday dinner at the in laws,
2 homemade yorkshire puds
2 boiled pots
1 roast pot
carrots, cabbage
and some beef slices, tiddy bit of gravy.
I have a feeling i have gone over 500 cals, as most of its guess work with things like this, however its still very low cals.

I also resisted chocolate sponge/cream/fat cake after dinner. Not normally my cup of tea anyway so didnt really tempt me.

Anyway, thats it for the day, lots of water drunk too. I hope no one minds me still writing things down here, i do write it in the JUDDD section but its so so quiet, and in a way i am still calorie counting, added up over the week i guess im still averaging the same dailies as other CC'ers?

Looking forward to my up day tomorow, got lots of goodies from the shopping trip (nothing too naughty though) Gonna have a nice salmon steak for tea with something like homemade fried rice (fry light) and some 'fried' mushrooms and onions.

Got lots of things to look forward to, in two weeks time i've got a fun day at OH's work, so want to look the best i can in that time, then the day after, an air show with some friends. Then in 1 months time i am going to the races, with my sis in law, who is skinny and gorgeous, so that should keep me on the straight and narrow.

Excited, motivated and upbeat for the first time in a while - in fact i fib, have been feeling good for a while, since i stopped trying so hard everyweek, on a diet with no real limits, to then be kicked in the teeth at a weigh in, which i had to pay for.......

once i regained the control i needed to just look at exactly how much im eating and not eat too much of it, im on to a winner. no gimmicks, no restrictions... i dont know why it took me so long to go back onto a diet that works like a dream.

My weekend has been ok. I'm struggling today though. I really do just want to binge on crisps and chocolate. I feel as if I'm in a battle with myself! Very tough for the first time.

Had my first day of level 2 on the shred today. Didn't do too bad! Missed a few reps but at least I've got something to work up to.

I have a couple of temptation days this week. 2 nights out with quite boozy friends. Going to try and stick to Vodka diet cokes and keep some low cal foods for munchies on route home. This is usually fast food central!

HI mrsc, did u manage to get through the day and to bed without giving to the crisps and chocolate craving? i hope so, it never seems as bad the morning after. I just make sure most of the time i dont have anything like that in the house, cos if im gonna binge, i dont have much control but if its not there at all i really have to question how badly i want it, and if its worth walking to the shops for!

Would a little bit of each take away the craving? Ie u could have half a packet of crisps and a bar of chocolate for less than 400cals, and thats the full fat stuff! It wouldnt work for me, im all or nothing and theres no way i could only have a bit lol!


Keep up the good work on the shred, i was going to start it yesterday but didnt... could do with it cos it falls in with the races been a full month away, so could be down a good few inches! Do you use weights?


If you have vodka and diet coke you should be fine, if you dont want something so strong, malibu has around the same cals as voddie, and is half the strength, might help you control the midnight munchies if you arent stumbling into the pizza shop? Do you have a subway on the home route? Thats a good option to go for, or even just a chicken kebab.

Still waiting for my book to arrive, looking forward to reading it, the site seems to be down, perhaps because this diet craze was over a while ago?

Breakfast :
Strawberry Nutri Grain Bar, 1 warburtons thin and spread

Dinner :
fish and vegetable sushi pack

Tea :
5 buffalo chicken wings, 8oz rump steak, small portion of crispy fries, 3 x 175ml rose wine

Snacks : snack a jacks crunchy curls, walkers squares, 2 x deli slices luncheon meat, 20g square of gouda

mfp (obviously some things are estimates) tells me i have achieved just under 2200 cals, which i am more than pleased with, and really enjoyed our tea out at a nice steakhouse.

I didn't give in! So proud of myself :)

Had an OK day today too but could have murdered a pizza! Lol. I won't though. Must be strong

Unfortunately, no subway. Could make a ham sarnie to take with me though
