Oooh those snacks do add up! I had a very good day yesterday. I have come up with 9 things I need for my holiday in 9 weeks and for each week I stick to it 100% I will buy myself something on the list! Hopefully that will motivate me enough! How has your day been?

OOOO that's such a good idea! I know you will, but if you don't stick to plan and therefore don't get to buy anything on your list you might need to make friends with the nudist beach on your holiday :eek: Argghh!
 
Haha. I have some swimwear so I'll be ok. The list includes a hat, playsuit, shoes, bikini, dress and some body stuff! First week is new pumps. I have to do it as my old ones are developing a hole! Lol
 
I would love to wear a play suit but iv got one of those bodies that's like half hoss and half lady, size 11 on top and 16-18 on bottom. so I need to be under ten stone to pull it off! Fab idea for motivation I like your thinking.

Well ladies I am here, I have been reading and HAVE been counting, but It just takes two years to write anything on an iPhone keypad with acrylic nails on, so shall keep it short and saweeet.

Was over yesterday but we are child free for the weekend and that is a holiday in itself, but I know my control is fully back, I was readin through my additions of food and was thinking "next time I have a day like this I can shave off 'X' amount of Cals from here and here," instead of thinking well iv had a bad day so let's be reeeal bad!

Blackpool for the day and night today so am gonna count, gonna be good and gonna grab those exercise Cals back with Both hands! Anyway this has took much longer than I thought but I will update my food when I log on my laptop, although I have been recording everything, thank god for the mfp app, have a good slimming weekend xx

I cant really pull off a playsuit yet..hence it being about 5 weeks in. I am the same as you....my top half doesnt match the bottom! I've lost about 3.5 stone over 3 years and just got the last stone to go. It's definitely much harder so shift these measly 14lbs than the 50 odd I've lost already!

I do this a lot and usually I start a day off by putting in all the calories I think I am going to eat that day, which does mean I do plan my lunch and dinner at breakfast time, then I see what I can amend and switch in order to ensure I have enough food to keep me interested.... I'm a boredom eater so the busier I am the more I am not eating because I really cannot type with one hand on the keyboard and one hand in the crisps or biscuit barrel.

Morning guys, had the best weekend ever, Saturday involved cocktails, cava and pulled pork sandwiches followed by a night in the casino playing poker, we had such a good time.

my week wasn't the best week to be calorie counting, but I have stayed in the right mind frame and didn't go anywhere near as mad as I could of done, like I have in the past.

So, this morning, im raring to go, low Cals mon-fri this week then on the weekend I have a bit of leeway.

Absolutely no food plans for today, but that's just how I like it, il take it as it comes when I get peckish. I has such heavy meals yesterday that I'm still full.

Will be doing a food diary this week, so will fill in at the end of each day. Good luck to everyone today, new day, new week and new lower weight at the end of it.

Fab weekend! Mine was dull! Washing? Ironing and cleaning. Although my godson to be was born this morning so happy as anything today! Still sticking to the diet though :) x

Ahhhh how lovely!!!!

Seriously that sounds like an amazing weekend!! Beats taking the kids round a cathedral looking for a statue of Jesus!!! (the blooming wasn't one!! Can you believe it lol)

Aw congrats on the new arrival :)

I really did have an amazing weekend, it felt like i was 18 again with no worries just having fun, i love my lil ladies but its so nice to get that bit of balance.

And to top it off i won the highest hand of the week at the casino, so £50, i have to now go bAck and do a 'big flip' - they deal out two hands and i simply have to guess the highest one! Pure 50/50, but if i guess right it will turn the £50 into £250!! Think il be doing that tonight or tommorrow but im sure il post what happens.

Yesterday started well but while i was cooking tea we ended up in A&E untill 11pm, everything is all ok luckily, so yesterdays food is, as follows.....

Breakfast - missed due to busy morning

Lunch - tuna, beetroot, onion and extra light salad cream sandwich, on thick white bread.

Tea - half donner kebab (if that) about 10 chips and 4 bites of a chicken burger.
This was eatwn in bed at 11.30 - who said romance was dead!

My tea would of been home made chicken tikka but thats still half cooked in the pan, mfp still tells me that i ate around 1100 cals though so im hapy with that,

So on with today, hopefully with less commotion, good luck to anyone who's reAding x

I know - half a kebabs, chips and two bites of chicken, the food of love!
 
I can safely say I have never had a kebab and have no intention of trying it! Lol. It's the one fast food I can resist!
 
Was bloody lovely aswell! I never have chilli and asked for it without, it came WITH, but it was like a sweet chilli dipping sauce, really nice, but hot.

Everything ok thanks squeezy, just got a lil monkey of a 2 year old who gets where water cant!!

petit pain from the co-op bakery 170cals
sardine and tomato spread 20 cals
walkers cheese and onion crispies 181cals

dinner = 499cals

weight watchers fishermans pie 281cals
110g baked beans 110cals
200g of mixed frozen veg (cauli, broc and carrots) 108cals

have to say my dinner was a huge plate full and im stuffed, lunch wasnt my choice but did quite enjoy it!

Not very exciting to be honest, but as im not really that bothered about food at the min im using it as an opportunity to empty the cupboards and freezer too, instead of shopping every week and just topping it up, most of it never gets touched!

Well, i think thats my first proper food diary completed, a week or so after my first blog post, a few things have cropped up but this is it this time.

First goal - family bbq fun day at my OH work -
2weeks on saturday, 6lbs lighter is my goal! :flirt2:(should have a decent loss this week, with no high cal days)
