Time to get serious!

Been following ww since January but came off it a couple of weeks ago and put on 7lbs! Every morning I'm so motivated, by lunch I'm starving and eat loads, by evening I feel so guilty and the cycle continues I seem to think that something has happened to me to make me overweight and that I'm never going to be slim again, as if the choice has been taken away from me, but I'm the only one who can change it! Going on holiday in 12 weeks and don't want to feel awful and have to buy clothes that fit, not that look nice! So, come on! I can do this!
 
Hiya, you can do it! Draw a line under the bad days and start again tomorrow. Once you've done even one day you will get more motivated again. Holiday is a good inspiration! X
