Hi all,
I've decided it's time to lose my fat, I'm getting nearer to 40 and would hate to be fat and 40. I managed to lose weight when I was 30, but as often happens it all crept back on.
I'm going to eat more healthy, drink more water and exercise, exercise, exercise!
