rrrrr i went to pot i forgot i had changed to green day and ate fridge raiders not sure how to syn this

just gonna right today off as a bad day and start again tommorrow

went to bro and sister in laws yesterday so doing 2 days in one. went over both days i think. (they didn't ring till 3 and i'd already had alot syns)

tea: chips quarn bacon(i thought these where syn free only had 2 mind 6.5 for a pack so will put them as 2 might be less cause think theres more than 6 in a pack) beans

lunch : skipped opps

tea: chicken kebab and mint sauce naan (20 syns omg in fairness i asked for pitta they didn't send it and i didn't relise it was as bad as that i prefer pitta to )

snacks: fridge raiders, rice pudding (a)
syns: 21 but would of been less if it wasn't for naan ah well u live and learn next time i tell them they better not bring a naan or won't have it from them again lol
but other than that i'm pleased with myself today skipping didnner5 isn't good but i'm getting better

dinner: i was at a meeting and it was a buffet so had sandwiches and they where white last time they had brownham bread(12 ouch) grapes jaffa cakes (i know and had i relised bread was so much i wouldn't of had them. 4) quavers(will come back to it)

snack: one tiny (baby size piece malt loaf half thin slice) it was a toddler group (2 just a guess cause 28g is 4.5 and it was half and really thin)

lunch: bacon and eggs,mushrooms on toast (hb)

tea: bacon, scrambled eggs, 2 low fat saus (1)

snack: apple, muller, flake 8.5 (no idea why just had to have one and omg it was lovely)

total syns: 16 just over oops but i did think it was worse cause just had to have that flake

yesterday i was naughty but i'm gonna write it down so i can minus syns from rest of the week

tea: takeaway chicken burger (omg 20 syns is that right it was chicken fillet in batter) fries 7.5 half cheesecake half fudgecake (14)

total syns a very scarey: 46 oh well will divid that by week and take it off each day which is minus 5 syns a day if i take yesterday 15 off so thats not so bad just 10 for me next week.
