Thursday 4th November:

Breakfast: Muller Light Vanilla Yoghurt and half of a pineapple pack: 183 cals

Lunch: Fried chicken pieces with spaghetti and Phillis Sweet Chilli: 594 cals

I lost 2lbs!! WHOOP! And only been to the gym once this week and eat too much rubbish at Chester last weekend!

Going to give it 100% next week and get to the gym 3 times and hopefully back up to burning 700 cals a time. And hopefully will be another 2lbs loss next Friday :))

Ooo and if I lose another 2lbs next week, that will be my first stone lost! I've never lost a stone before in my life, I've just put it on!! :)

Bad weekend but been to the gym and burnt over 640 cals this morning.

To be honest I always have a bad weekend, I don't watch what I eat but I do keep going to the gym. As long as I keep losing a couple of pounds a week I am happy with that xxx
 
Monday 8th November:

Lunch: 4 rice cakes with Nutella and a mini light Babybel: 464 cals

Tea: Chip Shop. Enough said.

Breakfast: Muller Light Chocolate Sprinkles Yoghurt and a pineapple pack: 131 cals

Lunch: Tescos Bacon and Chicken Club Sandwich: 600 cals

Tea: Tescos Just Cook Hunters chicken and veggies: 335 cals

Snacks: Mini Babybel Light, Prawn Cocktail Quavers and WW mini chocolate cupcake: 215

Food Total: 1,281 cals
Excerise Total: 150 cals

Had a bad day today, I've had over 2000 cals and didn't do any excerise!

Hopefully I will just stay the same this week.....
 
Sorry I haven't updated this properly this week, I will start again on Monday! I have been back to work this week after a few weeks off sick and it's been tough x
