Well here goes again...think I've got 3 diaries on here somewhere lol but this time I WILL SUCCEED Ideally would love to lose 19lbs to get down to the lowest weight I've ever been (as an adult obviously lol!) which was 6 years ago before I met my hubby, but initially want to lose 10lbs as that is the weight I start to feel 'comfortable' with myself and my clothes fit nicely without any little 'bulges' I need to hide with belts etc lol! Anyway I will probably do a bit of all 4 plans - Mix2Match, Green, Red and EE although Green is my favourite - I struggle to eat 1/3 superfree with my meals on EE, and I'm not a massive fan of having meat every meal! I am doing this alone I don't go to class so if anyone sees anything I'm doing wrong or has any tips or advice please feel free to comment
