Tips and Tricks on how to NOT binge eat.

Exercise. Clean the house. Keep active. We shouldn't have too much spare time to be bored and if we are watching loads of tv, we shouldn't really do that either, so I have my few shows I watch and I will have a few squares of 70% dark chocolate or higher watching them or a 40 calorie hot chocolate drink and that is it. I would rather exercise or be doing something active so I am not sitting around thinking about food.
 
I too have the tendency to eat when bored. Now, I choose to eat fruits like an apple or banana, sometimes grapes. I also like to drink a glass of water before diving into the pantry. A friend of mine who is a nutritionist recommended eating nuts or trail mix for a snack. He says that it satisfies your hunger and is actually really good for you. So nuts are next on my shopping list.

Usually what I do is locked myself in my room..
Play video games like RPG..
Read Book (which is I don't do often)..
Watch Movies, Series (Marathon a whole day)..
Sometimes I go out to by biscuits and drink water..
