to all of the maintainers out there


How are you managing to keep it off? Is it a struggle? Did you make some major changes in your life to not put weight back on? How different are your habbits now?? Does it get easier?

I'm worried it will be constant diet to keep it off :(:(

Sorry for all the questions, my mind is doing mean things to me at the minute about putting all the weight back on again and being even heavier than I was when I started. I even calcualted an my likely BMI if I put all the weight back on that I loose and a stone a half more. I was horrified. Now I cant get it out of my head and its making me feel not so stronge :(
