Hi constantly on Minimins so thought i'd share with you all my food diary and hopefully it will keep me on track :D

Weigh in on Thursdays so had 2 days already... doing extra easy :D

Day 1:
Breakfast:
Beans
Linda McCartney Rosemary and Red Onion Sausages
Egg
2 Slices of Wholemeal bread (HEB)
Tomato Sauce (1 Syn)
Brown Sauce (1 Syn)

Lunch:
2 hard boiled Eggs
2 Mini Babybels (HEA)
Apple
Tangerine

Dinner:
Butternut squash Chips
Pasta & Sauce Cheese and Broccoli (0.5)
Marg (11 syns oops)

Snacks:
Chocolate (2 Syns)
Apple
Tangerine

Total 15.5 syns trying to use less marg in pasta and sauce... :)

Day 2:
Breakfast:
Beans
Linda McCartney Rosemary and Red Onion Sausages
Egg x2
2 Slices of Wholemeal Bread (HEB)
Tomato Sauce (1 Syn)
Brown Sauce (1 Syn)

Lunch:
Carrot and Chilli soup (carrots, celery, onions and garlic)
Apple

Dinner:
Butternut Squash Chips
2 mini babybel (HEA)
Pasta and Sauce Cheese and Broccoli (0.5)
Marg (9 syns) ... getting there hehe

Snacks:
Apple
Banana

Right well here is day 3 of week two.... had a lazy day today so ate a meal as a snack :O!!!

Breakfast:
Banana
2 Slices of Wholemeal Bread

Lunch:
Carrot and Chilli soup (carrots, celery, onions and garlic)
Apple

Later Lunch :O:
Pasta and Sauce Macaroni Cheese with added spring onions and chilli (2 Syns)
Marg (8 Syns)

Dinner:
Quorn lemon ginger and chilli fillets
Butternut squash chips
salad - lettuce onion cucumber and tomato
extra light mayo 2tbsp (1 Syn) with added garlic

Snacks: 6 extra light laughing cow triangles (HEA)
plum
Tangerine
Options hot choc (2syns)

13 syns
No exercise

will not be doing that 4 meals a day a lot haha think it was because all ive done in lie in bed and go on minimins all day. working tomo so hopefully will stick to it and not have too many syns :D

I'm sure u won't. I always find it easier to stick to plan when I'm at work. Just have to make sure I don't take any money with me so I can't buy pasties and crisps from the chuck wagon!!!
 
Ooh now that must be hard, working with food! You must be tested all the time. Well done you!
 
Thanks yeah when I was on weight watchers I always pretended to know the points and just ate away at work which obviously didnt work but with slimming world I refuse to do that... long shift today so hopefully will resist and eat my fruit :)
 
Well good luck for today...hope it goes well for you x No idea what I'm having for food today. I might throw some stuff in the slow cooker for tonight. It's such a cold, icy day today that I'm thinking salad won't really cut it lol x
 
Day 4: Extra Easy

Breakfast (huge again):

Apple/Plum/Tangerine (just fruit because of massive brekkie hehe)

Pasta and Sauce Cheese and Broccoli (0.5 Syns)
Marg (5.5) getting less :)
Spring onions
Chilli flakes
Salad - lettuce cucumber and tomatoes

Snacks:
Banana
Hot Choc Turkish delight (2 Syns)


Syns: 10/15
49.5/105

Exercise: 40 mins power walk to work

Yes I did it again.... had pasta and sauce 4 days in a row now..... i will not have it again until i get weighed i will make sure of it!!!!!
Decided to try green day on thursday after i get weighed and maybe mix up the days
decided not to buy mayonnaise but not having it is stopping me wanting certain meals so maybe i should and i wouldnt have the P&S

we will see roll on day 5 :D

 
Now that's my kind of breakfast lol!

Why didn't u buy mayonnaise? I have a lot of salad and always have low cal salad cream with it. To me it's well worth the syns!
 
Yes the Heinz 70% less fat salad cream with the blue label is 1 syn per tbsp but I think it's worth it if it means you enjoy your food more. I usually count it as 2 syns per salad as I'm rather generous with it lol!
 
For anyone reading this... I have an announcement to make :D
its my 5th day on my second week and for dinner i actually had a proper meal!!!!! not pasta and sauce!!!! wooooo haha
I have wholemeal pasta mushrooms onions and peppers with weight watchers mozzarella and rocket sauce (3 Syns) and 2 babybels melted on (HEA)
It was divine!!!! and so far tonight only had 3 syns!!!! mental!!!
will update all food today later when ive decided not to have anything else :D

well decided to have a glass of wine because its a large glass its about 9 syns!!! mental from now on im sticking to small lol
syns now up to 16..... oh well had ten yday so should be ok
need a glass havent had once since last mon... its needed lol xx

Oh and well done on cooking something other than pasta and sauce!

Although when I read your post again, it did seem to me (and I could be mistaken ;)) that you cooked...

Glass of rose wine (9 Syns!!!!!)

Syns: 16
Exercise: 10,000 steps

Syns overall - 65.5/105

ok i suppose but wont be having too many glasses of wine at this rate lol xx
