i think you just chop it up and use it like you would meat, like if your cooking curry substitue the tofu for chicken etc. im not help sorry lol x

on esource 50g tofu is 1pp, 100g is 3pp
it doesnt taste of much so its best being marinated for a while, at least an hour, but best overnight. it goes really nicely with a bit of soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce and grated ginger. just either pop it under the grill or fry on a med heat. you can also buy other flavours, such as smoked tofu. xx
