It's very good, it has a sticky ribs, BBQ flavour taste and texture when cooked, I'm sure you will enjoy it.

we had this for dinner tonight made with a can of diet coke, tin of tomatoes, dash or worcester sauce and 2 desertspoons reggae reggae sauce, was absolutely gorgeous!

I too have always been intrigued with this recipe...

Could someone please post the recipe? I think I will actually give it a go.

Oh my gosh ladies it was de-licious!!!!! Not as bbqy as i would have liked but gorgeous all the same. I put red pepper, onion and mushrooms in with the chicken, then did potato wedges and corn on the cob!!
All free on extra easy!!Diet, what diet?? GOD I LOVE SLIMMING WORLD!!!!!

iv been making this all year at uni with my friends.altho we would just mix coke with tomato ketchup.never thought id be able to have a similar thing here!! it tastes amazing trust me.

crazy stuff. Im still not convinced LOL - mind you my Oh always nags me for drinking far too much diet coke and would proberly say im taking it 1 step too far cooking with the stuff! LOL

oh has just looked over my shoulder while reading this and is now begging me to make this for dinner tonight.lol Will point him in the direction of the recipe thread and he can make it himself!!!!

yes but it doesn't make the sticky sauce, but if you cook it on high and leave the lid off for the last hour the sauce really thickens
