Cant make up my mind whether to start CD this Tuesday 7th or to wait until after xmas and New Year. After all, if i started Tuesday, the amount I lose by xmas wouldnt be noticeable to look at anyway.

What would you do if you was thinking of starting CD ?

Start now!! You will lose a stone and a half between now and Xmas, as oppose to probably puttin on half a stone. Even if you have a couple of days of fro crimbo, starting this week will give you a 2 stone head start on if you wait.

    P.S I started again today

I am thinking about doing a pre-xmas start too - I do have some events coming up but I figure that if I make a dent in what I need to do I am exercising some control!

Good luck with what you decide!

    Hello

I started on the 6th December - I decided that there will always be something to wait for, xmas, birthday, easter etc and I need to start losing weight now; I am on the 810 plan rather than SS/SS+ as it helps to know that I can eat something when I get home whilst the office is full of Xmas goodies.

    Good luck whatever you decide!

    Hi Paul
I was thinking exactly the same as you, and i started yesterday. We will lose at least a stone and and half by xmas and believe me it will be noticeable. I plan on eatting on xmas day but not carbs, just meat and veg. So i would say start now :D Goodluck with whatever you choose xx
