i have been able to get a online claculator for the nw plan off a dutch website but just wondered from those who are doing it now if the fat box is saturated fat or fat??(if you understand me):confused:

also remember guys that this calculator shows half points, but in the propoints plan there's NO half points. So anything that shows from 0.01 to 0.49 would probably be 0 and everything that shows as 0.50 to 1 would probably be 1. Yes, no half point food with propoints!
