To weigh or not to weigh??

I have to say... and I know I shouldn't.... but I am a serial weigher... I get on the scales about 4 times a day when I'm dieting, which is silly I know cos weight changes throught the day, I don't know why I do it. So I would get the batteries but as people have been saying it's personal preference, stay clear of the scales if you can.

My scales need new batteries too, not going to replace them though, personally I find it better just to have a weekly weigh in. As people have said though, it's whatever works for you.
 
I weigh every morning before showering and sometimes at night before bed.
I see my CDC Monday then she is off for hols for two weeks so I am asking hubby to hide scales and hopefully have a nice surprise on CDCs return.

How about getting someone to take your scales away? If you can't physically get on the scales, that should do the trick!
