today and a little worry

B- bacon and egg

L- home made meat balls and ham hock

D 4 squars 70% choc and one can of diet coke (little treat)

Done zumba 3 times this week my god I feel it haha.

Im worried however im not going to see a loss like I want to ...... I dont know why or how much im expecting. Im just worried its not going to be alot at all :( not good need to try get out of that mind frame but I have my summer ball in around 5 or 6 weeks and I wanted to look nice .... I cant feel nice at this weight and im worried il be camera dodging and spending the whole time worrying what people are thinking.

I don't think I'm ready for exercise yet ha.my cross trainer has been using up space for a year !
 
Zumba is amazin just dancing I dont see it as exercise@!!
