Today I will Be Mostly Eating .........

So far today I have had...

Banana
1 slice wholemeal bread (HEXb) toasted with an egg cooked in fry light on top and grilled bacon (with fat cut off)

Home made soup for lunch (tomatoes, onions, baked beans etc.. blended)

Tonight I am having beef stew :eek:)

So an EE day

red day today
brekkie---fry up bacon syn free sausages tomatoes,scrambled eggs and mushrooms
dinner---green giant mushroom soup/heb
snack---pineapple and yougurt
tea---chicken stuffed with philly light garlic and herb/hea choice in breadcrumbs/heb... with loads of steam veg
not sure if i can fit anymore in after that but gonna use rest of milk up matbe a skinny cow...2 sins and a curly wurly from the freezer 6 syns...phew
 
On a red day today
Brekkie was bacon sarnie (HEB)
I've had a banana, some chipped pineapple and mango
1 ltr water, 4 coffees
fry light fried egg on 1 slice bread (synned)
When OH comes home later tonight we are having spicy pork and stir fry..
Pudding is an apricot clafoutis (5) and vlf fromage frais with a bit of sweetener added...
 
EE today for me.
So far ive had
Brekkie Shredded wheat (B) with Semi skimmed milk (A) melon and mullerlight and half a grapefruit ( was starving for some reason this morning,
Lunch Scrambled eggs, bacon and tomatoes on wm toast (syned) and a pear.
Snack Melon
Dinner Spag bol made with xtra lean mince, onions, garlic, basil, yellow pepper, carrots, mushrooms, salt, pepper, worcesteshire sauce, tinned toms and a stock pot.

Need to throw in a few more syns too but dont fancy anything yet.

i am on a green day so far i have had :

b: cherrios , banana, mellon and muller milk ( hexa)
s: curly wurly and hi fi (hexb)
L : beans chesse(hexa) and x2 slices of nimble (hexb) apple
d: chicken curry and rice (quorn 2 syns ) more melon and muller

Lunch: chilli (no rice, just the meat and veg mixture) with cheese sprinkles (HE)
Dinner: Lamb casserole (with loads of veg in) with Jackie P
Misc: Fruit and yogs, Milk in drinks (HE)
