4 cloves garlic, minced
1 good knob root ginger, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce, or to taste
900g (2 lb) firm tofu
Heat frylight in a wok or frying pan over medium heat. Stir in garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute. Add tofu to the pan with soy sauce, and stir to coat. Cover, and continue cooking for 20 to 30 minutes.
