toilet issue

    Haven't been to the toilet to have my bowels open for around five days feel really uncomfortable. Have some movical but don't know if i can take it. any advice? need something now as am in bits, also have some senna and dulcolax.

    Senna is fine, I have known CDers take Movicol. They (I think) are classed as an aperient rather than a laxative. Dulcolax can give quite bad cramps.
    Prevention is obv better than cure, you can add psyllium husks to your shakes and also get fibre 89 from your CDC :)

    I got the fibre 89 from my cdc and been at least once a day

    Does Psyllium husk mean you loose slightly less weight? Just thinking the bulking nature means it holds more water so makes you weigh more?

    Maybe a CDC could comment from experience??? I suppose being constipated makes you retain water and weigh more anyway.

    I'm in week 2 and a bit worried this is going to happen to me.
