Its funny how your tastes change. When I first started Exante I loved the tomato and the Thai chicken and really wasn't keen on the other two.

This time around, however, I love the mushroom and the veg and I'm not too keen on the other two. In some ways I suppose its a good job I will eat anything though.

Yup, fresh or dried basil should be OK. I've also used coriander and/or curly parsley in mine on various occasions.

I tend to add stuff to this soup cos it's still my least favourite, but with chilli powder, garlic, pepper and herbs I can usually make it eatable!

tabasco or a few chilli flakes when blending. perks it up no end :)

I love the tomato and basil too :) ok, well 'love' might be a bit strong a word but I do like it. I don't like the mushroom or veg...
