Tomato Ketchup Recipe?

Does anyone have a recipe for syn free Tomato Sauce? I'm sure i've seen it somewhere but can't think where?

Yeah i saw a really old thread with a tomato sauce recipe from the magazine. Was only a few days ago, so cant have got that burried again. i'll have a look for it

I've been looking at the Jamie Oliver recipe for Ketchup in "Jamie At Home" the only thing which looks synful is olive oil and some sugar... If I swapped them for fry light and sweetener, it'd be free, I think. The only other things it has in it is veg and ginger and red wine vinegar.... However he reckons it'll keep for up to 6 months...

By altering the recipe, do you think it'd alter the longevity of it? I presume it's the vinegar that helps it keep? Also can anyone see any errors in my "Syn free" logic?
