tomato soup

feeling a bit peckish so making so sin free soup, free on both green and red

1lb of tomatoes or 2 tins of soup
1 large onion
1pt of chicken bovril stock
some mixed herbs

chop and throw in a pan, bring to boil then simmer for 15 mins

leave to cool bit blend an serve (season to taste)

easy and scrummy

i like to add a bit of cheese from my Healthy extra A

A variation that I have made in the past is to add a tin of baked beans to the soup. It makes a nice filling bowlful!
