tomorrow is another day

:) Hi guys so last night was rough, and this morning is better, although I woke up to one of Chris Moyles Jingles this morning discribing loads of different breakfasts and in my half sleep ended up making and eating panckes and then woke thinking I had actually done it :D

I felt different this morning, lighter or something, I stepped on my scales just to see nad according to mine I have dropped 5lb in 1 day,:eek: that is ridic I know and so I am thinking that will be my total weightloss this week if anything else, but then I haven't even gone into ketosis yet,:confused:

what day are you on? you go into ketosis day 3-5. don't take too much notice of ketostix you could be there already if you're past day 5.

LOL! You never know? Did you drink gallons of water & have a ridiculous 'last supper' that could be wearing off now? If I lose 5lbs my first week back I'll be esctactic!!
