I believe things like yoga and Pilates are good. And working with free weights. Do lots of reps with light weights should tone and not build lots of muscle.
I been doin a belly buster work out and it kills!! Erm and for my legs I been walking loads and for my arms I been doing push ups from the stairs that also kills ya calf muscles and I remember when I was in slimmin groups they used to all sit watchin soaps a tin of beans in each hand doing bicep curls ha ha all exercises that can be done at home hope this helps x
Yep it's the Gillian Michaels DVD. It has 3 levels, and I have only been working at level 1 so far, so I'm not sure how much toning is involved in the next few stages x
