I saw these in Boots today, and wondered if they were compatible with Exante? The reason I ask is because Ive only order the shake and bars pack, because on CD I was never too keen on the soups, but if they were ok to have, I could by the odd one or two soups to try, when I fancied something savoury.

It's not recommended to mix VLCD's because you cant be certain that you're getting all your nutrients if you do.

If you fancy something savoury then why not try bouillon.

Hey, no, it's a meal replacement diet - but you still have an evening meal. I did it for a bit and didn't get on with it. The carb levels are too high to mix and match with a VLCD - and it doesn't have the same level of vitamins and minerals. Exante/LL/Cambridge can be interchanged I think - if you really need to - but not things like Tony Ferguson, Slimfast etc.
