Hi all,
I am a failed bander but do quite well on vlcd when I'm on them. I have previously been on Cambridge Diet and followed the sole source plan having 3 packs a day. Occasionally I did Sole Source plus and had the low carb/ high protein meal. Weight loss was averaging 3lb a week.
Still with me? So I decided to give Slim and Save a go as a) cheaper b) more variety. Lost 6lbs the first week, 2 the next then 3. All good so far. But last week I lost 1lb - one poxy pound. I've had a sneaky mid week weigh in and have lost nil, nada, nothing so far.
I have an inkling that I am eating too much although completely within the guidelines and I am struggling to get all the packs down! I am on simplicity so have 4 packs and usually have the 200g veg as a side salad to my evening meal.
My question is how come on sole source on Cambridge I had 3 packs but on Slim and Save I have 4 on the same kind of plan plus veg. I do enjoy slinging some mushrooms cooked in fry light in a spag Bol but wondered if I could drop the 4th pack as I think it's slowing down my weight loss. What do you think peeps???
