Extra Easy Days Too much food?

I am having a hungry day and will have eaten:

B: Sweet cous cous with apple and blueberries.

L: H/M lentil soup, 2 slices of Nimble (b), left over chicken and ham fried rice followed by a banana, melon and a mullerlight.

D: SW pizza (2 baby bel light 1/2 a) with chicken and mushroom, peppers and red onion. Salad bits followed by a pear and mullerlight.

Snack: 150ml milk for tea/coffee.

Syns used: 3 syns for quorn sausages.

Is this too much food?

If you are hungry, then eat! What you've listed seems a pretty typical sw day as far as I'm concerned. As long as you get your 1/3 superfree and it aren't eating for the sake of eating its fine x
 
Phew thank you, just feel like a piggy. TOTM is looming for making me extra hungry:( At least eating healthy foods, I guess.

If you are using the nimble for lunch as a healthy B - how are you making the pizza? xx
