too much fruit

Hi Ladies, im a newbie, this thread interested me, as at one point i was eating a few bananas a day and finding my weight loss was slowing, but now i only have one or two, but i also freeze bananas, they are delicious frozen and sitting in front of the tv at night time its something to munch on while feeling a bit naughty but its good for you. I also eat pinapple every day after lunch and dinner as i find it helps speed things up a bit and breaks down my food better. I eat a couple of apples and grapes through the day too, and when im having a good week i have a good loss. xx
 
i eat lots of berries and melon because they are super speed foods. Didnt really have mush of a weight loss the first week but the second week i loss 4lbs and this week ive lost 7lbs :)
