Hi everyone, I've switched from VLCD and did first proper Primal day yesterday, I think I overdid the fruit as I feel off today and have a bad tummy. I had: 1 x Small clementine - morning Berry smoothy 180g - mid afternoon coconut chunks 40g - late afternoon berrys 150g / 1 x banana and cream - after dinner I think I got a bit carried away! I've eaten salad, veg, fish, eggs and a little cheese in the day. My aim is to lose weight, so I don't want too much fruit to hinder that. I was going to just cut it out, but thought I'd ask for opinions first. Thanks in advance.
