can you eat too much fruit?

Slimming World would say no you can't eat too much fruit. But at the begining of the book it says 'Everything In Moderation.'

Some members I know have cut down on too much fruit because they were not losing. Some have cut down on potatoes for the same reason.

To be perfectly honest Jenny is to see if it has any affect on your weight. Good luck anyway
 
Everything in moderation, so yes I would say so. Everything has a nutritional value, and science says if you consume more than you burn, you gain.
