    Had lie in, so no breakfast so...

    L - large salad with boiled egg white and lean beef slices. Sliced banana in cherry yogurt (2.5 syns?)

    S - tea with skimmed milk (HEA), apple and satsumas

    D - will be having beef stew with jacket potato, and fruit salad

    S - satsuma, alpen light bar

    S - 2 satsumas, apple, alpen light bar (hxb)

    D - gammon, sw chips, fried egg (fry light), pineapple, mixed veg, banana

    S - 5 rich tea fingers (5 syns), skimmed milk (hxa), grapes

    oh, I'm so rubbish at this posting business! So, today:

    B - 42gms All Bran (HEB), skimmed milk (HEA)

    L - Cous cous with mixed veg, salad, pickled onions and cabbage, ham and beef slices

    S - apples, satsumas

    D - bacon, scrambled eggs (milk from HEA), beans, mushrooms, grapes, fat-free yogurt
