Torquays Food Diary 2008

    Diet:
    Slimming World
    Ok, day 3 on SW, today was a red day, i have had:

    Brekkie:
    2 slices nimble (hex b) with butter (hex a) and marmite

    Lunch:
    Chicken & Salad
    Grapes, Muller Light

    Dinner:
    More Chicken & Salad

    Snacks:
    1 scan bran cake 6 syns & 1 hex b

    Exercise: None - got to get back into it tomorrow!!:D

    Saturday green day

    Brekkie:
    Fruit and Muller Light

    Lunch
    Jacket Potato and Beans

    Dinner:
    Having a Thai takeaway, so lots of rice and noodles with meat as
    2 x hex a - will prob have full 15 syns today inc a glass of wine

    Snacks
    Muller Light
    Milk 1 syn

    Exercise: 30 mins davina pump workout, 20 min walk over nature reserve

    I weighed myself this morning and have a stone to lose to be at top end of my target, managed to put on 5lbs over xmas, but not surprised as did no exercise and ate A LOT of chocolate!! Anyway, hoping those 5lbs will fall off quickly and i will be within target range for Vegas!!

    Tuesday green day

    Starting to get into the swing of things now, its day 4 and although TOTM still feeling like i am getting rid of the xmas bloat!!


    Brekkie:
    2 slices toast (hex b) with 1 dry fried egg & ham (hex a)

    Lunch:
    Mashed Potato with cheese (hex a & 5 syns)

    Dinner:
    Pasta with roasted veg sauce

    Snacks:
    Fruit
    Yoghurt
    water

    Exercise: 30 mins Jordan workout

    Weighed myself this morning and have lost 3lbs!!!:clap:

    So, thats leaves 11lbs to go, and it will be 11 weeks next Tuesday until we leave for Vegas, plan for the next 7 days is to up my exercise to 4 mornings, i have lunch with the girls tomorrow so that will be my flexi syn day as lots of vino involved, then back on plan for the rest of the week!

    Anyway, today is a green day,

    Brekkie:
    3 quorn sausages, 2 eggs fried in fry light & beans

    Lunch:
    Jacket Pot with ham(hex a), quorn sausage & cheese (hex a) with salad, salad cream (2 syns)

    Dinner:
    Pasta n sauce - carbonara - think its 2 syns but can somebody check for me?

    Snacks
    Fruit
    2ltrs water

    Exercise: none today

    Been so busy this week, haven't had time to post, have my 2nd weigh in tomorrow, please please let me have lost at least a pound!! :eek:

    Hope everyone else is having a good week, will let you know how i get on tomorrow:D
