I'm totally at a loss with my weight loss journey at the minute I was doing ok with the plan and I am running minimum 5k three times a week but last Monday (weigh in) I gained 2lb I hadn't totally stuck to the plan so I expected the gain however I've not been able to get back on plan since and I'm already thinking I won't go to weigh in tomorrow coz I will be due a massive gain and I'm totally embarrassed as I have lost control
Think I will go back to writing a food diary and get back on plan this week and go to class next week!!
