Totm and weightloss?!

I started my totm on tuesday and I have stopped myself from checking my weight at home but I thought I'd check it today... Since Sunday (WI day) I have not lost ANY weight?! At all!! This week i decided to do ss+ aswell so is the lack of movement on the scales because of my totm or because I'm doing ss+?! Or both lol!

To be fair when its TOTM people do tend to carry extra body fluid etc, so i wouldn't worry.
I have lost every week on this diet so far, but i do know people who haven't lost or even put on a pound or two during their monthlys!

Totm effects everyone differently Hun, I don't have a monthly myself so I don't have any affect but just let your CDC know and just think off the extra big loss you'll have next week xxx
