does anyone get affected when its their totm, im due on any day and have been really struggling this week with hardly any loss at all and a few days of weighing the same.
I'm hoping that when its all over and done with and my body goes back to normal i will have a good loss but until then im fighting the demons within wanting me to cave and eat cakes all day :mad:

I do consider myself lucky because I don't get the dreaded totm problem these days. Not cos I'm menopausal ;) (or pregnant, thank God) ;)

I remember absolutely craving carbs though, absolutely craving them - cakes, bread, pasta. For a few days before and during I just wanted to eat.
I get them, and hold water like a sponge! I crave carbs - the stodgier the better so when I'm due on I tend to make allowances like cutting back as much as I can so when the crave hits I know I'm not going to do too much damage

Having done WW in the past I know from past experience that when its TOTM I will either STS or gain 0.5 - 1lb in weight without fail every single month! My body holds water for the whole week - It drives me mad! The good thing is though the WI a week later was always a bumper week and I would lose 2-3lbs! Everyone is different though and it effects them in different ways!
