how much does this usually affect your weigh ins, im up 0.5lbs and i dont even think i was that 'bad' - had 1 flexi syns day thats it!! otherwise was as good as gold

It always gets me!! I normally put on 2lbs, but lose it (and more) for the next week. It's all just fluid retention (not chocolate or chinese, honest). xx

everyone is different but i normally have a small gain then loose it the next week so dont let it worry you too much as you are doing well xx

it never used tp affect me but now i notice it more and more. Only by a few lbs, but it always drops right off immediately afterwards.

i can't remember what i was reading the other day, but it said if you are due your period you should up your water intake and this will reduce or avoid retention.
