tracking an order

apparently im supposed to get a tracking code?
on my exante account its telling me my order is complete but havent heard anything else hmm!

FWIW I got a tracking email with my first box, but nothing at all with the second that I ordered for my sister.

I never had a tracking number or email to say it was on it's way. It took from wed evening (when I ordered) till 2pm tues to get delivered too! That's N.I. though xo

Me too. I've only ordered twice and both times I have had an e-mail on the morning of delivery to say what time to expect it. Always next day delivery for me Very happy with the service from Exante to be honest.

Think you might be on to something there. My box had a tracking e-mail, but the out of county one I ordered didn't.
