Tracy's food diary-Red/Green, got to lose this baby weight!

Right, I'm back on the bandwagon, not doing what I normally do after a blowout and just giving up on it. Onward and upwards!
Monday: green day
B: shreddies (he) and milk (he)

L: jacket tater, cheese, beans and salad, muller light

D: Jamie Oliver chicken tray bake (he for chicken)

Snacks: 2 muller light, apple, banana.

Syns: options hot choc 2 syns

Trying to make up for the curry house incident!

Tuesday; red day

B: bacon, tomato, fried egg

That's it so far today. Will update lunch and dinner later.
 
Right, lunch today is a sausage sandwich (sainsburys BGTY) so 1 syn on 2 slices of WM bread (HE) with grated cheddar (HE) sounds too good to be true on a diet!
Dinner tonight is marinading as i type, beef stifado again, love it so much, cant get enough of it! So that will make it a one syn day. Going some way to making up for that curry......
 
Stuck to all meals i planned for the day with the addition of a freddo the frog (5 syns) also went to the pub but only had a diet coke. Made the chocolate silken mousse from the recipe thread.......absolutely vile! so didnt waste any syns eating it! Settled for a muller light instead.
 
Wednesday: Green day today

B: 2 fried eggs on 2 slices WM bread (HE)

L: Jacket potato with cheese (HE) sweetcorn and salad.

Trip to the cinema later, think im going to go for a diet coke and a packet of snack a jacks popcorn.

Dinner: Quorn fillet in crispy batter (2 syns) with SW chips and mushy peas.
