    hey peps due to my disappointing week I think I will keep a food diary online aswell as my paper copy :) if I make any mistakes on my pointing please tell me thank you :)

    day 1

    breakfast:
    1 weakabix 1pt
    1/4 of s/s milk 1pt
    total 2pts

    lunch
    sweet chilli chicken out of b/king 7.5pt
    medium chips 5pts
    total12.5pts

    snack
    chipsticks 1.5pts

    Dinner
    2 haddock fish (yellow) 2pts
    small handfull of oven chips 3pts
    2 table spoons of peas 1pt
    total 6pts

    Total of 22pts to day :)

    150mls skimmed milk/1tsp sugar1pt
    total 2pt

    exercise- 30mins (20 lengths of pool)

    lunch
    2 slice nibble bread1pt
    2 tsp of flora 1pt
    3 chicken slice0.5pt
    tin of eat smart tomatoe soup 2.5pt
    total 5pts

    afternoon snack
    skips 1.5pts

    30 mins brisk walking on tredmill
    10mins weights
    10mins 32 sit ups and 64 sit ups on my side :)
    dinner
    1 chicken breast 2.5pts
    elde paso salsa sauce 0.5pt
    w/w sour cream 2pt
    3 fijtas wraps 6pts
    discovery spice mix 0.5pt
    total 11.5pts

    snack
    1 cream craker 0.5pt
    w/w cheese nachos 1pt
    total 1.5pts
