There are a couple of things you could try;

Sit on the toilet leaning forward. This will apply pressure and hopefully get it moving.

Lie on you back and bring your knee's into your chest (as close to it as possible)

Try applying some vaseline to your finger and GENTLY insert it up your bum and wait for the whooshing sound.

Or try all three :D

I've NOT tried that myself :eek: but my brother and my son have had this done and it helped :)

You could also try massaging you tummy whilst sat on the loo.

Hope it passes soon, no pun intended :D
