Hi Tracey, well done on getting totally on track and with the exercise.

It can take a couple of weeks for your body to catch up on the exercise front. Stick with it

I Eat my APs if doing high intensity - and bank them for extra loss if doing medium/low intensity - seems to work for me anyhow.

I have had such a lazy 2day that lazy that my back hurts cause I havent been moving around :( need 2 get on my treadmill 2moro am soo scared to go on the scales 2 moro cause I did the kickstart last week and now ive went back 2 my 25 pts per day and went over a bit :( :( not such a good week for me but we will see what mr scales say 2moro:copon:

did my w/i and..........I stay the same which is good cause had quite a blow out on fri/sat nite and also had went back to my 25 pts soo I am pleased with that :D

haha I cant count I have lost 2.5lbs : D:D:D :D I think all the exercise I was doing wasnt helping my weight loss :( need to calm it down a bit lol
