Hurrah! Well done for sticking with it even with low losses, I'm doing the same right now think it'll be a 1lb loss for week 4 :( but hope week 5 will be better!

Thanks moosh,be patient and you'll see it dropping again hun.maybe takes ur measurements daily and see if it moves.

Expecting TOTM tomorrow and usually I slow down during that,but sure I will be loosing anyhow and so will u
 
I measured everywhere with a magic measure when I started... actually tomorrow, as it's a month, is measure day too so hopefully even if I get a crap loss weight-wise I'll have a big inches loss! I really hopw my waist has reduced, really worry about fat around my organs. Want to be healthy!
 
Even 1lb is better than the 0.4lb I managed last week moosh, but I've lost 0.8lb already this week after 2 days. Our bodies do weird things.

Whoop WI this morning and lost 5 lbs in total!chuffed esp after the past 2 slow weeks!

Hey Ladies,

haven't been on in a while as I was sooooo busy. Visitor's,childfree week, girls weekend away and lots and lots of socialising & preparing the big move to germany.

Kinda odd but I missed reading about you all. I am still on track, even though me having a good tiiiiime,resulted in me squeezing in a carb free meal and the odd G&T but I managed to keep losing despite all of it. And I made sure of it.

The diet is just a side thing now, a Lifestyle rather than my whole day evolving around it, if you know what I mean. I know this time I will most certainly get there, as I just finally found the diet that suits me and that trains me on the 'afterlife'.

I only eat when I am hungry now, my cravings for sweets have decreased drastically and if I have it, sure I just have an extra shake, which hasn't done any harm (not everyday but once a week maybe!) I am a lot more active these days as it just seems a lot easier and my energy levels are to the max.

Overall as u can hear I am feeling fab and I am starting to look it too :)

Hope u are all doing well,i am still following ya'll just not posting as much these days as I am on the go non stop! Will try and post bit more :)

Oh and yes, 8 weeks in and I am 34 LBS lighter WHOOOOP!!
