    Hiya all,
I'm pretty crap at all mannor of diets. I have decided that although I found the lipotrim very hard (bowel, sickness problems on the last attempt) and for about the 5th time!!!!!! I can not cope with food. If you take food out of the equation I seem to find it easier than making choices with food. Pathetic I know, but hay thats why were all on here. Anyway in a roundabout way I'm asking if the Exante is the same as Lipotrim, and if anybody has had the same results on this diet ?? any help with the above is greatly appreciated x ps the ticker on the bottom is old !

    Hiya Sarah

I done lipotrim to start with then changed to exante. It's cheaper and tastes loads nicer. When I've stuck to it, infact my last 4 weeks with a few off days I still lost a stone in 4 weeks so yeh it's every bit as good. coming on here helps loads as you probably know :D
Oh and the beauty of exante is that you can have the odd WS day if you need to so it's not as restrictive xx

Thanks for the advice x. I know I love this website as it kept me sane the times i've done this type of thing in the past. Thanks again, now I need to update my ticker and see about ordering the shakes. Can't afford them untill next week and have about 8 weeks to my holidays so hoping to loose about 3 stone !!! Sarah.

You probably could lose 3 stone then but don't aim too high. A stone a month is what they say so anything else is a bonus xx

Good luck sarahb2, as Miss-G said aim for 1 stone a month and you'll not go far wrong, stay strong!! :)
