I went to the ASDA last night and of all the things I put in my trolley...I was gagging for some really strong cheddar.

Twice I have fallen off the wagon...and twice it was cheese that started me on the slippery slope.

    I wonder why cheese??

    Is anybody else the same??

If cheese is a trigger DON'T BUY IT. If it's in the house the temptation will always be there, don't torture yourself hun.

I just crave anything, if I see a food advert I crave for that like fishfinger sandwiches or cathedral city on toast. I also crave dolmio pasta which is really odd because I hate pasta.

DITTO the above completely - I cannot eat a 'matchbox' size piece of ANY cheese! So therefore I must keep away x

The smell of toast is my trigger....I have to hide everytime DH has some:(

Cheese is one too though, I never only eat a small piece so I tell hubby to buy cheeses I don't like.

Mum had some mexicana in her fridge yesterday and I could have devoured the lot but I didn't and soon left her house:)
